Richard Arther is one of the founders and president of Paystar Consulting, a full service payment provider and consulting company specializing in integrated payment solutions, point of sale, mobile and eCommerce . He has been in the payments industry for 15 years and is one of only a hundred ETA CPP’s in the State of Texas. He specializes in showing businesses how to lower costs and increase revenue by streamlining processes in operations, increasing exposure through marketing and SEO.

Richard started in the payments industry in 2005 with Encore Payments (now EVO International) and built outside sales teams and eventually helped build one of the most successful inside sales groups in the country. 

After leaving EVO he was hired as Director of US sales for Pace Payment Systems and then moved on to help several startups before eventually co-founding Paystar Consulting.

He believes in a “hands on approach” while training and developing an operations and sales team focused on team building, ethics and “doing the right thing”.

Richard is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife and his four children. He spends his spare time with his family where they enjoy camping, sports, riding bikes and just a lot of hugs!
